The Feasibility And Investment Strategy Of Developing Private-placement Fund In China

In recent years, along with the development of Chinese economy, private-placement fund has been one of the focuses all manner of people concerned. Because it is still a new-born thing, there is a big dispute on the market whether we should develop it and how to develop it. This paper just discussed it from this dispute and supported it strongly that our country should develop private-placement fund in a big way. The first part discussed the meaning and character of private-placement fund, and cited various advantages of private-placement fund .The second part mainly combined economics principle to analyze the economics foundation that private-placement fund existed. The third part borrowed lessons from domestic and international development experience.
