With the affection of the plan of developing western economy and a series pull force of government policy, there are obvious function in the development of inner Mongolian economy that people 's living standards have been great improving. Especially ,in the pull force of government favorable policy there have been great degree improvement in inner Mongolian industry structure 's optimizing speeds and the sighting of industrial structures have been accelerated. But through compare with the eastern coastal region, still have been greater gap. so newly scan the problem of inner Mongolian economy development,accelerate the optimizing upgrade of industry structure,greatly foster the new economy increasing point,choose a backbone industry and dominant industry which driving the inner Mongolian's social economy is a new tactic problem.This thesis composed by three parts. first part,the law of industry structure evolution. at first narrate the general rule of industry structure evolution;next, evolution of our country's industrial structure was analyzed;once more inner Mongolian industrial structure evolution and it's basic situation were analyzed. the second part, analyze the present situation of industrial structure,the problem of inner Mongolian industrial structure,the condition that optimizing be faced with. the third part ,according to reasoning analyze of former two section,present the way and basic thought for optimizing the inner Mongolian industrial structure.
