Positive Study On The Agricultural Industrialization Operation Of Changde City

This thesis has reviewed theories concemed the agricultural industrialization operation both at home and abroad at first. It explains the agro-industrializing from 10 aspects, including: Its emergence and development; Its connotation and theoretic basis; Its basic management regulations and characteristics; Its organization forms in its progressing; Its evaluation index system and stage dividing; Its functions and the difficulties or problems faced at present as well as our countermeasures in China's agro-industrializing development.Then on the basis of our vast investigation as well as collecting large quantity of related data, we try our efforts to analyze the advantages and inferiors, opportunities and threats, the way of which is called "SWOT" Analysis. Relying on SWOT, we put forward, in this article, 13 leading industrial lines to develop our agro-industrializing running for our Changde City. They are: Grain, Cotton and ramie, Tobacco, Forest and timber, Live pigs, Beef-cattle, Mutton sheep, Poultry, Dairy Products, Aquatic industry and Pearl industry. Furthermore, we also briefly introduce each leading industry's current situation and point out its future measures and aim.Finally to accelerate our city's agro-industrializing progressing, we, hereby, probe to the following main countermeasures so that Changde City's agro-industrializing could meet the needs and demands of both markets and WTO rules to walk on a continuous developing green agro-industrializing road.1) Wholly putting into effects a strategy that the excellent and large enterprises drive those smaller ones to quickly become an excellent one;2) Speeding up the organizing construction of the rural professional and cooperative economies;3) Trying efforts to heighten farmers organizing level;4) Quickening agro-science and technology progressing to establish an agro-science and technology moving mechanism that could meet the needs of agro-industrializing development;5) Carrying forward agro-information systems' construction;6) Building up both agro-standard system and agro-products' quality checking as well as safety inspecting;7) Reinforcing risk controls on agro-industrializing running, management and administration;8) Practising the intensive management on capitals, techniques and talented persons to cultivate agro-industry collective groups;9) Putting into effects credentials, brands ecology as an organic whole to enhance each industrial's competition ability;10) Speeding up facilities and institutions constructions on markets, garden areas and information to create industrials' development platforms;11) Forming an entirety joining-forces from local, departs and professional associations, thus an industrial service system would be perfected.
