In the early 1990s, China considered the development of seaside tour as a carrier through which sightseeing tour gradually transfers to sightseeing and vacation tour. In past more than 10 years, Sanya, Dalian, Qingdao, Xiamen, Shenzhen and Beihai have become important seaside tour destinations in China. Under the background of globalization and China's entry into WTO, these seaside tour destinations put forward the strategy of internationalization in order to adjust to the globalization and to take part in the competition of the international market. But in comparison with world well-known seaside tour destinations, most destinations in China are in the primacy state in the process of internationalization of destination. This paper makes a deeply research on the influential factors of internationalization of seaside tour destination. This research has the value of theory and practice.The internationalization of seaside tour destination refers to the process of becoming international seaside tour destination in which seaside tour destination must break through domestic market, make tourist flows deploy freely and greatly in the world. It is universal, dynamic, objective, transnational and intricate.According to questionnaire, the influential factors of internationalization of seaside tour destination should be divided into 5 categories 18 items. The five categories are national environment, international market, destination quality, destination management and destination support. National environment includes social environment,open policy. International market is divided into international market demand, international market competition and transnational enterprise. Destination quality classify into location,"3S"resource, culture and eco-environment. Destination management includes international promotion, tour operation, tour produce and tour informatization. Destination support includes international transportation, international human resource, facilities, foreign language environment and citizen quality.Bases upon the results of Analytic Hierarchy Process, international promotion, transnational enterprise ,international transportation and tour operator are the decisive factors for the internationalization of seaside tour destination; open policy ,"3S"resource, culture, eco-environment, tour produce, international tour human resource and facilities are the secondly important factors for the internationalization of seaside tour destination; the left 7 factors less affect the internationalization of seaside tour destination.Finally, the paper takes Sanya's tour internationalization as a case, analyzes the dynamic and resistant performance of these influential factors in the process of Sanya's tour internationalization. Then this paper puts forward some countermeasures for Sanya's tour internationalization.
