The Tax Refund Policy for Export can promote the competition to a country's production in international market. After export, the Tax Bureau would return the tax revenue of the products. The Tax Refund Policy for Export of our country was set up in 1985, it was set up in Tibet in 1986. It promote the export trade of Tibet, at the same time, it brought some problems. Till now, there is no person has been looked into the specific problems. At last, I discussed it with my partners about the Tax Refund Policy for Export of Tibet and found the problems of it.PartⅢwas of the most importance in this paper. On the foundation of PartⅡ, I put forward suggestions to perfect the Tax Refund Policy for Export of Tibet. The suggestions contain the pattern of The Tax Refund Policy for Export, the source of found of the Tax Refund Policy for Export etc.
