The Business Plan For Wireless Message System Between Schools And Families In Greater Chengdu

"@XiaoTong" is an information management which helps family to get more communication between schools and families by wireless communication such as message.The project is an optional project.Team members include six MBA students who are studying in Sichuan University,Sichuan Business Administration College and Business Administration institute.I am responsible for project planning,suah as product planning,stratagem management,project management,marketing and writting the plan.The CEO,COO,CTO,CHO and CFO are responsible for product operation.This project begins from Feb.2006.I have finished project originality design,making enterprise target and schedule execution and arrangement,"@XT" project' product design and marketing,H.R,finance analysis.Six members display our talents with excellent working division and cooperation at the general target which guarantees the successful development of the project.This project is carried into effect for three steps:seedtime (Feb.2006),implement(from March to June 2006)and evaluation(September 2006).According to our planning,we have fulfilled the product exploitation blue print,technical test and preparation,system debug.Now we are going the three step,cooperation negotiate and marketing.The six members keep to the original target and work together to boost the project.During the process,I am not only bringing my project management experiences into project implementation,but also studying marketing, telecommunication,education and finance from the five members,studying much non-specialty knowledge.I have extended the knowledge,advanced the skills of planning,domination and communication,and enhanced the capability of project management.I am short of writing skills and experiences.It is a disadvantage of this blue print.I still need to perfect it."The defects cannot obscure the virtues".It is cheering that we have signed cooperation agreement with Wuhou Experimental Primary School who plans to formally start the application of "@XiaoTong" system since 10 September 2006.Morgan Stanley Venture Capital,the top 3rd finance organization in the world,also shows great interest in the project owing to the introduction of Guotai Stockjobber recently.Therefore,we are confident a lot on this project and these encourage us to make more effort in the project for its prosperous future.
