Bank Enterprise Application Integration Based On Message Communication

Since the beginning of 80s when it was introduced into Chinese banking industry, theManagement Information System has been playing a leading role in the bank operation.However, because each bank's system runs in isolation from others, the data andinformation cannot be shared and, thus, form a series of so-called "information island"inside each single bank. So integration of the whole banking information system andsharing the data in between banks seem to be more and more urgent. In order to meet suchrequirements, the banks have no choice but put the EAI and related technologies intoaction.With the aim of finding the solution of messages communication cross different systemplatform, I focused on the theories of application integration as well as EAI messagesystem, the integration engine, and conduced the further research on COBRA, messageoriented middleware, Web service technology etc.. Based on that, I raised and analyzedsome kinds of banking industry application integration technology according to the banksystem's characters, from which I selected a preferable one. Hopefully it would work in thecross platform system integrity among banking industries. In addition, I carried out ananalysis of the design of one banking industry's application integration, and, further on,brought up my suggestions with consideration on the security and efficiency improvement.
