In order to make CBA get more strong tendency of development, it is indispensable to develop potential customers, this research aims at the potential customer of Beijing, and investigates their backgrounds, behaviors and psychology with different means, and give some advice of how to develop the potential customers.The result of the research:1.The backgrounds of the potential customers buying CBA tickets in Beijing:the proportion of male is lager than that of female; most of their age is between 20-40; their education level mostly under junior college ,and then bachelor, and little master and doctor; their job is mostly professionals and then officials for government, and then students; Basketball match was seldom held in their living or working environment.2. The customer behavior: the way that potential customers buying CBA tickets in Beijing get correlating information is mainly through TV,newspaper,introduction from relatives or friends,internet; their most favorite sports match is NBA,England soccer,CBA,and Chinese table tennis super match; the price can be accepted by them is mostly under 30RMB,and then 30-50RMB;the most convenient way to book the ticket they think is by telephone and internet; they hope that the match should be held Friday evening,Saturday daytime or evening,Sunday evening; they hope there will be special bus to receive and send them from home to the stadium; their consuming habit is mainly never playing basketball nor enjoy the CBA and playing basketball but never enjoy CBA; their favorite match is the match with a lot of exciting scene,many CBA star,hard working inspirit and high score and high success rate; the favorite leisure movement is enjoy the film,watch TV,some performance; enjoy internet or games; attend sports.3.The consumer philosophy: the promotion they want is to give relics,to get the tickets by lottery; to see the training of the players and organize the players to attend the commonweal movement; the news they want to get is about the information of the coaches and the players; the famous in the stadium; the interaction in time out; and the movement for the fan; the extra service they want is little gift,special bus directly home after the match,scratch of pen of the player; and buy some sock in the stadium.
