Customer satisfaction management which faces customers and pays attention to the needs of customers is becoming the popular management model. This model is a kind of paradise management, focuses on customer satisfaction, based on information technology and mostly makes use of customer satisfaction index and customer satisfaction degree. Supply chain management is in the period of development and supply chain management theory and technology have been changing all the time. The establishment of the strategic partnership and integrated supply chain management between the supply chain corporations must be related to the evaluation of customer satisfaction degree among node corporations. At present, the competitions between corporations have involved the supply chains'. The supply chain corporations need to cooperate with their manufacture management decision-making, together take on risks and share profits, so it is necessary to carry on the evaluation of customer satisfactions.Firstly, the paper researches from supply chain and supply chain management theory, systematically presents the research significance of customer satisfaction degree based on the supply chain management, the research status national and abroad, and theory and methods of customer satisfaction degree based on supply chain management . It also analyzes the affecting factors influencing customer satisfaction degree based on supply chain management, which is the consistency of demand, the choice of products, the price and the brand, the additional service, the relationship and experiences. Secondly, the paper sets index system of evaluation of customer satisfaction degree based on supply chain, regards some seven of the qualifications, the price, the flexibility, and the authenticity of products as index of supply chain customer satisfaction, and expresses the combination of supply chain management and customer satisfaction management .The paper additionally evaluates the customer satisfaction degree in the environment of supply chain management by using unascertained set theory, and then, gets the evaluations of customer satisfaction based on supply chain. Lastly, against the lying practice problems of Shi Jiazhuang Coal Machinery Ltd., the paper analyzes the corporation by supply chain customer satisfaction degree theory, and lists the improving strategies for the suppliers and sellers of the company.
