Research On The Performance Evaluation System And Control Coordination Of Key Factors Of Green Supply Chain Management

With the rapid development of economy, lots of domestic manufacturing enterprises only emphasize economic development and ignore the environmental protection, which makes our environmental problem become increasingly serious. In order to realize the sustained development of world economy, the government has strengthen the management and the constraint of environmental problems, therefore, environmental problems have become a problem of their own development. Green supply chain management, with the aim of green economy and sustainable development, and the principle of circular economy, considers both environmental management and supply chain management, and finally promotes the harmonious progress of resources, economy, environment, and society. However, there are also some problems in enterprises’ implementation of green supply chain management practice. In order to provide decision support for these enterprises, this paper, based on the data collected from some manufacturing company in implementing green supply chain management in Shandong province,does some concrete work, which is shown as follows:(1) In order to understand the concrete situations of the companies in implementing green supply chain management, this paper investigates and analyzes some manufacturing company in Shandong province, such as Little Swan Company Limited, Aucma, Zhaoyuan power supply companies. Accordingly, we combine the basic ideas and principles of the performance evaluation of green supply chain management, and obtain the affecting factors of green supply chain management, finally establish the performance evaluation index system of green supply chain management.(2) Use FAHP to analyze the performance of enterprises’ implementation of green supply chain management and determine the weights of the affecting factors. Analyze the importance measure of various indicators.(3) Design a quality control mechanism and coordination mechanisms to control the environmental purchase, which is the most important factor in the practice of green supply chain management, and provide some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The paper has two innovations. On one hand, we establish the performance evaluation index system of green supply chain management in manufacturing corporations and use FAHP to analyze the practice of enterprises’ implementation of green supply chain management, and obtain the affecting factors of green supply chain management, and provide the importance measure of various indicators. On the other hand, we design a quality control mechanism and coordination mechanisms to control the quality of raw materials and effectively guarantee the implementation of green supply chain.
