The Study On Financial Security Of Our Country Under Financial Globalization

Looking over the development of economic history in the long mankind's society, it is not difficult to find that finance has a strong force to the economic development. Along with the development of the commodity economy, new style banks, the establishment of full credit monetary system and so on, finance has changed the role from adaptability to leadship.According to IMF statistics, from 1980 to 1995 among the organization's 181 members there are 133 countries that have experienced severe financial problems, thus it is particularly necessary to study China's financial security under financial globalization.The paper has five chapters. Chapter One talks about the definition of financial globalization, financial risk, financial crisis and financial security, and the relations between economic development and financial security. Chapter Two analyzes the formation mechanism of financial risk, the triggered mechanism and transmission mechanism of financial crisis. Chapter Three analyzes the current situation of our country's finance after joining WTO. Chapter Four probes the early-warning mechanisms and tries to find how to build our early warning system(EWS). Chapter Five points out the countermeasures which to keep our financial security stable. The main idea of this paper is that there are both opportunities and challenges for China's development in the course of financial globalization. China can gain lots of benefits but also have to face many external impacts such as international speculative capital, fluctuations of exchange rate and so on. So it is very necessary to keep our financial system safe in the context of globalization.
