The Research On The Application Of Insurance Funds In China's Infrastructure Projects

Insurance accepting and application of funds are the two main businesses of modern insurance. But comparing with accepting business, application of funds has been ignored for several years in our country. Inefficient investment, narrow investment channel, great investment losses prevent the high speed insurance industry development and incurred low allocation efficiency of resources. On the other side, the construction of infrastructure has also been hold back due to short on funds. Insurance fund matches the infrastructure investment in project character. So, admitting insurance fund invest infrastructure can not only take great positive effort for all relative parties, but also be very import for development of domestic economy.Nowadays, more and more authorities focus on how to combine the insurance funds and infrastructure. New issued statutes let the combine become true, but the practice just in the first step. Some problems need be handled. According the clue, the paper is divided into five parts.The first one is preface, which introduce the importance and background for the paper, and summarizes researching achievements on insurance investment of infrastructure and build the frame one the basis.The second part introduces the definition of insurance investment, investment principles and channels. In addition, applying of insurance funds of our country has been described and analyzed in the part.The third part introduces the actual condition of infrastructure investment in china and affirms the great effect to apply insurance funds in china's infrastructure projects.The fourth part researches about the choice of the investment mode in china. According to analysis the present investment mode, the problems which exist in the current mode have been found, and some innovation suggestions are proposed.The fifth part (the last part), author prospects the future of insurance funds investing infrastructure projects, but the process is not smooth. There also have some risk factors should be realized and controlled.
