China's Insurance Funds To Enter The Field Of Infrastructure-related Issues Discussed

Insurance accepting and investments are two main businesses of modern insurance and neither can be ignored. But Chinese insurance industry performs badly in investment. Inefficient investment, great investment losses prevent the high speed of insurance industry development and incurred low allocation efficiency of resources. To change the status, the first problem to be solved is the find new channel of insurance capital operation. As far as infrastructure investment is considered, there exists great capital gap on one side, and on the other side, the low efficiency needs to be improved, which means mass requirement on capital. Insurance fund matches the infrastructure investment in project character. So in this topic, we think that investing insurance fund into infrastructure can not only take great positive effect for all relative parties, but also be very feasible. The first problem is to master the investment model and amount of insurance fund. We get the range of insurance fund using a regression model which analyze relative data with software SPSS. For investment model, this paper puts the emphasis on trust model on the sounded analysis. This paper also provides some other suggestions on investment channel: firstly, our insurance company should have right investment style, and secondly it should make good preparations in stuff, organization and policies, and thirdly they should communicate fluently with government.The main innovation of the paper lies in that, firstly, it describes completely the problem about insurance fund entry into infrastructure construction; secondly, it has the quantitative analysis on insurance fund available for infrastructure construction; thirdly, we have the complete analysis about the trust model for insurance fund investing infrastructure construction and lastly, it puts some innovative suggestions for insurance companies.
