Anti-dumping investigations were launched continuously on Chinese polyester products overseas in recent years .This aroused panic to some polyester enterprises in China , because of this unbearable pressure to them ,many enterprises had to give up oversea market ,this bring huge loss to them.In the first ,the paper introduce the fundamental situation of anti-dumping on Chinese polyester products overseas, the development of polyester industry in China, and the exporting of polyester product, then the paper analyze the general causes of anti-dumping overseas against China ,and the special causes on polyester products as well.Finally, the paper put forward the countermeasures for Chinese polyester Enterprises in dealing with anti-dumping ,the purpose of the paper is that more enterprises should confront anti-dumping and just take trade friction easy, neither we should scare nor make it a fuss, We should treat it with detachment and vindicate our justice rights by responding to these actions .We could resolve such trade disputes through The WTO mechanism, if we know trade rules well and could overcome our own problems, not only we could keep present international markets but also explore new international markets.
