Research On The Processes Control Of The Domestic ERP Implementation

Nowadays, with the quick development of economic globalization, informationization and scale, domestic enterprises will face great pressure to survive and develop. And also, the development of information technology provides a tool to enhance enterprise operation, and the effective application of ERP combines the information technology and enterprise management together.First, this paper introduces the notion of ERP and describes the domestic development and application of ERP now. There are three main internal risk factors in ERP project: software risk, implementation risk and management risk. Then it inducts AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process), and presents the risk evaluation model of ERP implementation, and then it introduce the application of this model to evaluate the risk factors in ERP implementation process. In the next chapter, it introduces the analytical methodology of Critical Successful Factors (CSFs), then it analyses the reasons of the failure of ERP domestic application according the prior domestic application cases. On base of analyses of the risk and failure of ERP, it concludes eight critical successful factors of ERP implementation in China: clear strategic goals; top management supports; BPR; software package selection; excellent project management; consultant company selection; user training; data integrity and accuracy; In the fourth chapter, according to the five steps of ERP implementation: Project Preparations, Blueprint Design, System Realization, Final Preparations and Golive Support, it discusses the management policy. And then it introduces the ERP implementation processes of Shanxi HengKang milk Ltd., and points out the main problem in its implementation.At the end of this paper, it concludes all in this paper. It introduces that the successful implementation of ERP implementation comes from the comprehension of enterprise's real requirements, and it should be treated as a strategic project.
