Complexity of enterprise group behavior is analyzed and simulated by integrating qualitative simulation, game theory and complex adaptive system.Firstly, the support fund, aim and meanings of this paper are given. Review of individual and group studies is introduced. Application of Complex system and qualitative simulation to economy and management is summerised. Where, the tools of complex system and qualitative simulation, and their applications are focused on.Secondly, the theory of complex adaptive system and group behavior are studied. The complexity of group behavior is anaylzed from perspectives of micro and macro hierarchy. It is drawn that the person's ability of study and adaption to environment is the root of complexity of group behavior. The new management methods for group are proposed in term of complex adaptive system.Thirdly, based on the above studies, integrating the complex adaptive system, game theory and qualitative simulation, the qualitative simulation for complexity of enterprise group behavior is studied form three facets: i) The simulation is achieved form game between individual and group. Both keep up with learning to to adapt the environment during game process. Their behaviors are improved continuously. This learning is passive, and its simulation is called adaptive simulation. ii) Based on cellular automata, learning behavior of group is simulated integrating adaptive simulation, employee's self-learning behavior and the affects of environment. iii) Individual behavior is simulated using SWARM by intregrating adaptive simulation and learning simulation. In the mean time, the simulation for emergence of individual behavior is achieved. At last, the researches of this paper are summarized. The further researches are given.
