| Executive Stock Option (ESO), which is a payment system brought about to inspire the managerial staff during last two decades. It has been only several years that China has embraced the ESO. Since there are no established regulations and relevant theories available, so it is extremely meaningful for enterprises to explore how to carry out this inspiring measure correctly, reasonably and effectively. This thesis sets forth a design of ESO project by analyzing and researching on both national and international ESO models, aiming to build a more inspiring system, cut the cost, improve management structure and promote stability, with respect to the practical operation in Shenzhen Zhongzhan science and technology company ltd. (SZZZ) which, as a hi-tech enterprise with high speed development, is suitable for ESO plan.First, the paper proves the necessity of carrying out ESO project in SZZZ, by analyzing its development history, finance indicators, payments and the severe talent competitions it may confront. And after summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of different models of national and international ESO projects, based on which it designs a feasible ESO plan which meets SZZZ's developing needs. In conclusion, this thesis makes a good analysis on both advantages and disadvantages of the ESO project and proves its feasibility. At the same time, it puts forward the essentials we need pay attention to and the obstacles and problems we may meet in practical uses, together with advices for solving the problem, in the hope that other enterprises can get some beneficial inspirations from the project. Thereby we may gradually perfect the developing ESO project in China. |
