The Research On The Control Competence Of Enterprise Organization In The Hyper Competition Environment

With the development of the globalization of the economy, the internationalization of the competition and the network of information technology, the enterprise's dynamic environment, the complexity and the disconfirmation are further intensified. The issue of how the enterprise, in hyper competitive environment, maintains the continues competition advantage with the enterprise's whole resource through the organization control, has become the hot topic nowadays. This paper researches the competence of the organization control with the dynamic viewpoint based on the detailed anatomy on the hyper competitive environment.Firstly, this paper describes the characteristic of the hyper competitive environment and the influence to the enterprise detailedly, on the basis of some relevant theories of organization cortrol, enterprise's competence and dynamic competence. The exterior environment of the enterprise puts forward new demand for the survival and adaptation of the organization: one thing, the change of the enterprise's exterior environment should be adapted rapidly, the other thing, the whole resource of the enterprise should be brought to bear flexibly.Secondly, this paper suggests that the enterprise should build flexible cortrol system to adapt the adjustment of the organization's cortrol stratagem, in order to adapt the change of the hyper competitive environment. So, the emprise's organization cortrol competence in hyper competitive environment is a kind of dynamic competence, which is based on the super competition of the enterprise, and is a kind of integration competence giving priority to knowledge. And, this kind of competence can adjust the stratagem in time, maintaining the continuous competition advantage.At last, this paper uses fuzzy integral estimation model estimating the enterprise organization cortrol competence of the object enterprise in the view of landscape orientation and portrait, on the basis of the research on the reorganization and learning of the dynamic enterprise organization cortrol competence and components of the matching cortrol competence system. On the basis of the estimation, the advantage and the disadvantage of the enterprise organization cortrol competence's composing are discovered, which supplies evidence for the enhancement of the organization's cortrol, at the same time, establishes the basis of the enterprise's stratagem establishment.
