Strategic transformation capabilities is one of the latest research in the strategictransformation field, even the strategic management subject, and has practical value inapplication. And the research on this aspect is still in the initial stage whether in foreignor in domestic, there are many problems need to be discussed and solved. Howenterprises can integrate and relocate all resource under the complex and uncertainhyper competition environment, to make enterprise transform successfully and obtainsustainable competitive advantage.On the basis of analyzing the hyper competition environment, this paper utilizesdynamic point for strategic transformation capabilities research.First of all, based on the hyper competition environment theory, dynamiccapabilities theory and strategic transformation theory, this paper analyzes thecharacteristics of super competition environment, the complexity of strategictransformation, and the differences between general competition environment and supercompetition environment. Then starting from the Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model,based on analylizing the changes of suppliers, buyers, substitute goods, existingcompetitors and potential competitors five aspects on the super competitiveenvironment, this paper expounds the enterprise under the ultra competitionenvironment to obtain the sustainable competitive advantage may choose three kinds ofultra competitive strategy, that is, a competitive advantage strategy, to adapt to thechanging competitive advantage strategy and break the conventional strategy ofcompetitive advantage.Secondly, the strategic transformation capabilities are broken up into four factors:transformation identification capabilities, transformation learning capabilities,transformation innovation capabilities and transformation effect control capabilities.This paper analyzes in detail influence factors and measure system about four aspects ofthe strategic transformation capabilities, to lay foundation for the enterprises buildingthe strategic transformation capabilities system to adapt to the hyper competitionenvironment.Finally, this paper tests under the ultra competition environment the objectivity ofstrategic transformation capability theory model and adaptive, choose changan a samplecase study, this research is mainly from the following four aspects: one is based on changan strategic transformation realistic background, using the related website,industry association website to collect the corresponding statistics, combined with theexpert investigation and mentor to discuss, design the initial questionnaire, through theanalysis of the questionnaire reflected the enterprise objective and practical importantraw data; Secondly, this article through the design under the ultra competitionenvironment strategic transformation ability questionnaire, and reasonable use ofSPSS19software such as descriptive statistics of sample data of the survey sample,reliability analysis, factor analysis, such as analysis, measurement of sample data andthe model of reliability and the degree of conform to the actual situation; Three is insurplus changan strategic transformation capability under the competitive environmentstandardization weighted score is3.63, which is between2-4point of view, on the basisof changan automobile is pointed out from the Angle of theory in the2000-2012typeimplemented to adapt to the changing competitive advantage strategy; Four is to furtherreveal the super competitive environment of changan automobile strategictransformation ability on its strategy, the article has carried out the effect of changanautomobile type strategy to adapt to change analysis, and accordingly to changan howto promote strategic transformation ability obtain the reference Suggestions forsustainable competitive advantage.The results of this paper provides a new research direction and research ideas forthe super competitive environment theory, as well as provides certain theoretical basisfor scientifically building super competitive environment ability of strategictransformation theory analysis model. |
