Based on the practice ,We Introduce the concept of enterprise's internal market and In this thesis and investigate the core theory bases,the correlation theory bases,the function and the meaning of this concept. We also give a practice model which contain the frame class and the circulate mechanism. In the end ,we investigate a case of colored industry corporation so as to make a effect inspection of this theory.A corporation was making management activity in the diplex environment of exterior and the internal market. the manager should introduce the market mechanism to the management activity of the enterprise. The enterprise's internal market is a new manage model which introduce the market mechanism from the reforge movement. This new model make the enterprise's internal department as a unit which have the real management right ,and these unit provided with the unification and the agilition.This new model is the high-grade phases movement of the enterprise's innovation,it also as a combine of the target management and the course management.Enterprise's internal market can be used as a financial system to design and solve enterprise internal business, stimulate and restrict the enterprise business system. As an effective way of controlling cost, improving efficiency and inspiring vigor, the enterprise internal market has strong serviceability and flexibility for large enterprises to carry out the essential production. Combining with the means of standard cost, essential production and expectation inspiration, using the enterprise internal market can the improve enterprise control level and employees'consciousness on market and accordingly, can increase incomes, cut down expenses, realize the market-oriented operation and inspire vigor of enterprise.Enterprise's internal market requires to combine with enterprise organization frame, corporation culture,life cycle, personnel quality and business pattern, so as to carry out overall design and improve accordingly. In addition, the enterprise's internal market needs to be designed and optimized on the executive committee, propagate system, balance system and checking valuation.Based on the practice,to reach the expectation, flat-rization of organization frame, common understanding on organization reform, clear authorization system and standardization implement is the four prerequisites to carry out the internal market system.
