Presently, our country tobacco profession management system was having the significant transformation, the management environment which the cigarette industrial enterprise located has had the huge change, the home and the international cigarette market competition further intensifies. How in the intense market competition neutrality to the invincible position, it has become the most important question which various provincial levels cigarette industrial enterprise must face.The Hunan tobacco industry has "Baisha", "furongwang" two professions brands."Baisha" is the present nation output first, the market share at first, the market regularity purchases at the first cigarette brand, "furongwang" representative who becomes the national Chinese type upscale cigarette brand by its high growth potential and the stability, 2006 annual output broke through 300,000 boxes. These two brands have had the honor to receive "the Chinese resound brand" in 2005. "Furong" brand entered the profession ten big brands, 2006 annual output have surpassed 1,000,000 boxes, has the strong competitive power low-grade cigarette brand.
