Firstly, this article gives the introduction of the research background, the development of Strategy Management and the research methods, research goal. Secondly, this article introduces the theory and the knowledge related to Strategy Management. Furthermore, this paper gives the introduction of background, the current status of Mobile Phone market, competition and analysis the strategy between domestic and international phone makers. Based on the Strategy management theory, I mainly introduced the different marketing competition strategy among the primary phone makes in China Market, like Motorola, Nokia, Bird, Kejian, TCL and some phone manufacturers from Japan and Korea. Through the deeply analysis, I gives the Induction, analysis and summary of Management strategy in the cell phone markets.In this article, the author adopted the method of theory contacting fact to support the argumentation and analysis that the dissertation put forward by large numbers of data and examples. The theory involved in this article is mainly the competition strategic theories in the modern enterprise management. Meanwhile, it still added some principles of managements, some theories of Enterprise Strategic Management etc.The emphasis of this article lies in the analysis and explanation on Z company how to face the vehement market competition in the India CDMA Mobile Phone markets, how to obtain the substantial development of the enterprise by applying the market competition strategy..At last, on the basis of analyzing the competitive strategy of Z Company in India's CDMA Mobile Phone markets, the author forecasts the development tendency in global CDMA Mobile Phone markets and the development opportunities of Chinese company. Furthermore, the author gives some suggestions to the development of Mobile Phone Companies like Z Company from the angle of Strategy.
