The paper is based on the tax collection and management information system of weinan local taxation bureau, with the progressive integrity of the latest taxation system and the continuous development of the computer and communication system, the original levy and management mode of the taxation system and the taxation information management system can not adapt to the demanding of taxation department and taxpayer .Thus, the function development by advanced is urged.The paper designs the internet declaration system with B/S system, This thesis started with the analysis of the demand and function of the system, It introduces the design idea, the scheme of the system, and the realization of each functional module in detail on original construction system. It analyses the problems existing in internet taxation declaration system and gives the corresponding solution, It enables that the system would be steady and reliable to design in scientific approaches, so it will reduces the time,variegate the ways, increase the degreet of the taxpayer ; at same time, the paper analyses correlative data, designs the taxation prediction system. The thesis adopts method which unifies both qualitative and rational ways, It establishes one element linear regression, many elements linear regression, the time series forecast model, the curve simulating model and the nerve network forecast non-linear tax forecast model, carries on the result analysis using the science data analysis software, thus based on the research of the forecast model establishment of lamination single item, it finally constructs the popular combination forecast model which assigns combined coefficient, then at last receives the all-round and synthetic tax forecast result.
