The Business Contract Risk Management Research Of Xi'an ChangQing ZuanYu Industry Group

The research scope of this paper is the business contract risk management of Xi'an Changqmg Zuanyu Industry Group (hereinafter "the Zuanyu Group"). In this paper, on the basis of the theory of Enterprise Risk Management—Integrated Framework and Enterprise Risk Management—Application Techniques, which issued by COSO, by using the measures of questionnaire, process flow analysis method and brain-storm method etc discusses the business contract risk management mechanism of Xi'an Changqing Zuanyu Industry Group. Systematically analyzed the risks of contract management and put forward specific guarantee measures.In this paper, in accordance with the present business contract risk management situation of Xi'an Changqing Zuanyu Industry Group, the paper identified and assessed the existing problems of the Zuanyu Group , and further by utilizing COSO model and combining the practical experiences attached to the Zuanyu Group, the paper optimized the business contract management mechanism through four aspects, which are guiding principles, objective setting , control and defending system, relief and harmonizing system, assessment and examination system.This paper put forward five measures to guarantee the establishment of contract risk management system: personnel & institution guarantee, the inculcation & education, management assessment of contract, successive monitoring and individual evaluation. In the course of monitoring, integrated form of contract inspection, notification of contract settlement, weekly report form of signed contract and weekly report form of mal-performance contract etc, as well as individual evaluation of risk admonition of contract performance.In conclusion, the complete business contract risk management mechanism of the Zuanyu Group was composed by the response of contract risk management, control measures and guarantee measures.
