Study On The Internationalization Policies Of China's Agriculture

The integration of global agricultural products is the embodiment of the agricultural modernization. With the development of economic globalization, the production, market and international trade of the agricultural products of all countries are connected much more closely than ever, which leads to the agricultural products market more and more integrated. However, the modernization process of China's agricultural products is lagged behind the developed countries both in the aspects of theories researches and the practices. Under this circumstance, by using the international agricultural policies, especially those of WTO for reference, this thesis puts forward the internationalization policies system of China's agriculture at the meantime by applying the basic theory of agricultural internationalization and analyzing the current internationalization situation and policies and their problems of China's agriculture.This thesis consists of five chapters; it studies on the following items by applying standard analysis and theory analysis methods.Chapter One. Introduction. This chapter elaborates the research background, purpose and significance, current research progresses home and broad. At the same time, it clarifies the point and direction of the research, also the new features of the research thinking and approach of this thesis. This chapter is the introduction.Chapter Two. The basic theory of modernization of China's Agriculture. This chapter clarifies the basic content of agricultural internationalization and its content, motivation, effect and purpose.Chapter Three. China's agricultural policies and their international counterparts. This chapter elaborates the current situation and features of domestic support policies of China's agriculture and analyzes their existing problems.Chapter Four. The construction of the internationalization policies system of China's agriculture. This chapter constructs the internationalization policies system of China's agriculture through six aspects. For instance, it puts forward the new measures such as to regulate the agricultural offset pattern by obeying the WTO rules and optimizing the structure of domestic support policies and converting the function of government; to give priority to support the projects which supported by"Green Box Policy"and to accelerate the innovation of agricultural operation system by industrializing agriculture positively. Chapter Five. The guarantee measures for internationalization policies of China's agriculture. This chapter analyzes the concrete policy guarantee measures in view of the internationalization policy system in previous chapter.This thesis aims to set the internationalization policies of China's agriculture as the research object and to enrich the researches on internationalization policies of China's agriculture by analyzing the current situation of agricultural policies and using foreign agricultural policies and experiences. Regarding there are plenty of papers on this field, the possible new features of this thesis are construction of the international policies system and the related guarantee measures.
