Research On The Precautionary Measures Of Commercial Banks Based On The Risk Of Guarantee Chain

Guarantee chain is an indispensable financing guarantee mode for enterprises,especially for small and medium-sized enterprises.But its risk point is difficult to grasp because of its concealment,uncertainty and infectious features.It is really so much difficulty to solve these problems.The difficult problem about how to make the healthy development of this financing way is here to be solved by the commercial banks.This thesis adopts the qualitative research and case analysis method of guarantee method chain risk management.Through the research on the risk management theory of guarantee chain combined with its current situation,the thesis discusses the effective measures of risk management of guarantee chain of commercial banks.These measures can be detailed as follows: to establish guarantee chain information collection platform and its management system,to realize the innovation technology to identify risk,to grasp the essence of risk measurement,to monitor the scientific forewarning system,to innovate the means of guarantee and to enrich the means of risk solution and transfer.In this thesis,the case of group guarantee chain,mutual guarantee chain of small and medium enterprises and guarantee chain of guarantee company are analyzed respectively,which can prove the feasibility of the above measures.Main achievement of this thesis is that the author has analyzed the status of commercial banks' guarantee chain risk management through the study of relevant theory combining its risk characteristics,causes and harm.According to its analysis,it also puts forward suggestions on the measures to prevent guarantee chain risk in commercial banks and proves that the suggestions have guiding significance to the practical work.
