| Along with the rapid development of Import & Export trading business in China,the customer' s credit risk management problem was getting more and more serious.The bad debts due to poor risk management of customer credit became an obstacle to the development of Import & Export trading business.The author of thisthesis described related theory about credit management and introduced the "3+1" credit management model.The author shared progress of credit management development in western companies and national companies.After analyzed the changing environment of Western and national company,as well as the impact of change on textile export company, the author identified the cause of credit risk management of Chinese foreign trade enterprise supported by the statistic data from Dang Bai Shi Company.In this thesis,the author identified the problem in customer credit risk management of Guangtai Imp.& Exp.Co.,Ltd,based on the business operating performance and the customer credit management in the past few year.With reference to the credit risk management experience in foreign companies,the author tried to set up a customer credit risk management mechanism for Guangtai Imp.& Exp.Co.,Ltd,according to "3+1" enterprise credit management model.The system included credit culture,early stage management,middle stage management and final stage management for credit trading.The author hoped this mechanism can help to solve the credit management problem in Guangtai Imp.& Exp.Co.,Ltd,.The mechanism was also illustrated by cased study and can be a reference for other Import and Export trading company to enhance customer credit risk management. |
