With over thirty years reform and opening-up policy, the increase rate of China foreign trade maintains high level. Until 2014, total export-import volume of China was up to US dollar 4.3 trillion, which accounts for about 12.2% of global total amount. The rapid development of foreign trade has made great contribution to China’s economy development, which brings national economy overall growth. As the key role, the survival and development of foreign trade affects whole foreign trade industry and even China’s economy extensively and deeply. However, behind the high speed development, the foreign trade customer credit risk became a big obstacle in foreign trade enterprise’s development. The poor management for credit risk in export enterprises leads that more fund could not takeback, bad debt rate remains high level, even threatening the survival and development of enterprises. How to manage and control foreign trade customer credit risk, how to keep Chinese foreign trade enterprises sustainable, rapid and healthy development, direct relates to national economy’s development rate and society stability.This thesis uses advanced research theory from China and western countries for reference, also refers to model analysis and feature analysis, at the same time, gets benefits from whole process credit risk management model which is especial for China’s export enterpirses. This thesis mainly helps China’s export enterprises to recognize current situation, analyse exsiting problems and its reasons, finally to find solution, achieve the foreign trade customer credit risk minimization, thereby effectively achieve receivables minimization while enlarge foreign trade sales amount. This thesis also presents to combine enterprises credit culture construction with enterprises whole develop strategy, to make credit management ideology into enterprise’s culture deeply, to increase enterprise economic income.
