The Research On Location Problem Of Hazardous Chemical Material Logistic Center

Hazardous materials are the materials with specially physical, chemical and biological character, they are easy to release, inflame, blast and so on during the manufacturing, inventory and transportation. With the development of economy and society, the demand of hazardous materials grows rapidly, however, risk in transportation and storage of hazardous matrials are also increasing. In order to enhance the supervision on the market of hazardous materials, every local governments (such as Tianjing, Chengdu, Shanghai etc.) has already set out several large-scale hazardous materials logistic center and come into being good operational environment of " centralized operation & unified management". Based on this society background, this thesis studied the hazardous materials logistic center location problem.Based on the theory of common logistic center and the special characteristics of hazardous material, the definition of hazoudous materials logistic center is given, and a summary of the operation model of current hazoudous materials logistic centers in both Chinese and aboard are also given. On masterstroke of quantitative and qualitative location progress of hazard material logistic center, this thesis focuses on the study of its three stages in location progress. In the qualitative analysis stage, fators of hazardous marterials logistic center location is analyzed based on the characteristics of hazardous material, and evaluation of optional locations is also done based on the theory of hierarchy grey comprehensive assessment method. A Multi-objective programming based on the cost, risk and risk equity is established in quantitative analysis stage. Finally, conclusions and direction of future study are given.On the summary of factors of hazardous materials logistic center' location progress, this research could have application foreground. It is propitious to carry through scientific programming and management and provide the scientific and criterion foundation for the decision-maker.
