Studing Of The Employment Policy For College Students In China

At present, the running objective of our universities is shifting from the elite education to mass education. The rapid development of the higher education has caused the employment difficulties among the college graduates. And now this problem has become the hot issue in our society. So at this time, researching and investigating the problem has great importance both in practice and in theory, which will do good to the implementation of national development strategies to expand employment, promote economic development and benefit the construction of the stable harmonious society and deepening the reform of higher education. Based on the method of canonical parse analysis, this paper makes a relatively thorough analysis of the employment policy for college students in our country, investigates the historical development of the policy and introduces the main parts of the present employment policy for college students and analyzes its principal characteristics, that is, at present, our employment policy for college students is more scientific validity, more in line with requirement of the socialist market economy and more emphasis on "people-oriented." In the paper, I analyze the main problems existing in the present employment policy for college students on the basis of our national situation. The paper can be divided into four parts: 1.The policy is confined to the different types of economic system. 2. The deviation existing in the implementation of the employment policy for college graduates. 3. The incompleteness of the employment market for college graduates. 4. The relatively strong influence of the traditional views and etc. Last, referring to some employment policies and experience abroad, I propose some suggestions for the improvement of our country's employment policy: 1. Improving the employment policy for college graduates. 2. Eliminating barriers to the policy and secure the smooth implementation of the policy. 3. Developing and perfect the employment market for college graduates. 4. Changing the traditional concepts and enhance the university's awareness of training specialists. 5. Establishing the career training mechanism to enhance the graduates' competitiveness in order to promote the employment of the college graduates and better solve the problems of the difficult employment for the college graduates at present and for some time in the future.
