Research On College Graduates' Employment In New Situation From Economics Aspect

The research focuses on the economics' analysis of the employment problem for the Chinese college graduates.In the multiple backgrounds of the rapid developing economy and society,the higher education popularity,the college students' employment system's market-oriented reforms,the severe employment situation, the problem of the college graduates' employment is becoming more and more severe. It is not a problem of the individual student,family,college any longer, it has attracted more attention of the public. Whether the college graduates succeed to hunt a good job or not, it affects the development of the economy,technology,society directly, it also affects the college' development, more important, the survive and development of the graduates bases on their job and income, the students are their family' hope and future, it influences the fundamental interests of the millions people. On the contrast, if a great deal of college graduates can't be employed smoothly, their unemployment would put huge pressure to their parents and themselves; the unemployed is a waste of human resource as well, it will weaken the harmonious stability. Theoretically, to research the problem and mechanism of our Chinese college students' employment can verify and enrich the theoretical assumptions between higher education and the national economy,industry development,labor-force market; their contact is very important in labor economics indisputably, the research can help to link labor economics and education economics.The paper tries to clarify the theoretical misunderstanding and deepen the understanding about it from the individual interest aspect. Or we can't to improve the employment situation. The article mainly used theoretical and practical analysis,the literature,the investigation and contrast as research methods to analyze the topic, based on the background and features analysis of the employment. It makes use of equilibrium theory about labor-force market,labor theory of value to analyze theoretically; It does practical supply—demand analysis of total amount and structure as well as cost-benefit analysis to tell the students' preference and behavior during their seeking job. Above all, the research proposes complex interest factors and vast background of the time; it explores the deep system reasons behind college graduates' employment.
