A Study On The Supply Problem Of Rural Public Goods Under The Background Of Building New Countryside

Increasing the supply of public goods in rural areas is of great significance in the construction of a new harmonious society and implementation the scientific outlook of development. Due to lack of the supply mechanism, there are serious obstacles to the supply of public goods in Chinese rural areas at this stage, such as imbalance structure of and lack of gross co-existed. Based on reform experience in Huaining--one county of Anhui Province, and international examples, the dissertation seeks the deep-seated causes of issue, and raises a mechanism innovation on the rural supply of public goods. In the course, it is necessary to pay attention to policies and measures, the establishment of rural industry, and the land-use planning.
