A Study On Government Relationship And Its Influence Factors Of Foreign-funded Enterprises In China

In contemporary economic society, the operational process of an enterprise is affected by a series of non-economic factors. The government and other related entities play more and more significant roles in the corporate development, and many organizations influence the firm's operation as intervenors. Political strategy comes of such external environment and is adopted by the firm's managers.This study focuses on the government relationship and its influence of foreign-funned enterprise, and gives a sum-up of their practical political strategies. Starting with the theories of the management of government relationship, the paper gives an introduction of the study results from foreign and domestic researchers and the theories on the corporate government relationship, offers an analysis on the relevant factors that influence the implementation of the corporate political strategy, and the effect of tactical choice of the firm's political strategy, and then gives a conclusion of the influence of the corporate chosen political strategy and government relationship on the firm's development. At the last, it concludes the insufficiency and the improvement of this study.The main purpose of this paper is to find out the factors influencing the government relationship and how the government relationship influences the development of enterprise, providing the firms with a way to find out an appropriate strategy and achieve a competitive position in the external environment.
