Studies On The Value Actualization Of Our National Enterprises' Intangible Assets

The twenty-first century is a time of knowledge economy in which intangible assets are indispensably valuable resources for economic development and major factors of core competency of any enterprise as well. Thus the intangible assets undertaking has been drawing much attention from all fields in China. However, national enterprises in China possess but a small scale of intangible assets which are vulnerable, not fully utilized, and with irrational structures. This has become a major cause to the low economic efficiency of the state-owned enterprises, their products incompetent in the world market, due to which sustainable development of economy seems unachievable. It has turned in a public concern as how enterprises administrate intangible assets well, and how they make the best of intangible assets as reputation of enterprise, trade mark, brand, patent technique etc.; reinvigorate tangible assets; actualize intangible assets; and thus maximize the enterprises value accordingly.Starting from its significance for developing enterprises, society, and economy, this thesis studies the actualization of enterprises' intangible assets. Problems in the actualization of national enterprises are expounded clearly and the causes barricading the actualization of intangible assets anatomized as well. On this basis, the writer proposes the approaches and countermeasures to our national intangible assets actualization as follows. 1) Perfect the construction of enterprise system and optimize the environment for intangible asset actualization. 2) Guide the enterprise managers in improving administration of intangible assets. 3) make the best of existing intangible assets. 4) cultivate new intangible assets.
