With the development of market economy,more and more enterprises to meet thechallenges of the international market and competition become more and more fierce.Moreand more companies realize the important role of intangible assets in increasing value andintangible assets research has also become the focus for many research scholars.Firstly,this paper reviews the research results about the relevance between intangibleassets and enterprise value.And then analyzing the connotation of intangible assets andelaborate theory of enterprise Resource,core competitiveness of enterprises and therelationship. In the study design,selecting the stock price as a proxy for enterprise value andproportion of intangible assets,proportion of tangible assets and logarithm of totalassets,asset-liability ratio as explanatory variables.This paper draws on the research results ofthe relevance between intangible assets and enterprise value,establish model of this paperbased on the Ohlson mode.Selecting the2010-2012report data of China’s cultural mediaindustry.Firstly,analysising general overview of the intangible assets o, the total amount ofintangible assets, the number of companies disclosure of intangible assets of cultural mediaindustry.And then analysising the relevance between intangible assets and enterprisevalue.Including correlation test between explanatory and explanatory variables and theregression of this model. Concluding that the emphasis on the role of intangible culturalmedia industry increasingly high and a positive correlation between the value of intangibleassets and business and intangible assets with respect to the fixed assets has a greater impacton the enterprise value.Finally,according to empirical results,mading recommendations forthe development of the media industry:emphasing the disclosure of intangibleassets;increasing investment in intangible assets;importance the mining of intangible valuecreation capacity;coordinating the relationship between intangible assets and fixed assets.
