Exploration Of Party's Agricultural Operations And Experience Since Reform And Opening Up

Since reform and opening up, China's Communist Party use the basic tenets of Marxism, starting from the actual situation in China and strive to explore suitable agricultural operations for China's national conditions in agricultural production and management. Third Plenum of the 11th established by the rural household contract responsibility system, the Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th to put the industrialized operation of agriculture, embarked on a tortuous and bumpy road. The sustainable development of agriculture and agriculture operations are closely related. Practice has proved that each farming methods will bring about changes in the great leap in agricultural productivity. The household contract responsibility system for the development of China's agriculture has made tremendous contributions. However, with continuous development of productive forces, the household contract responsibility system has exposed some problems and disadvantages. According to the level of productive forces and social conditions, China's Communist Party explores industrialized operation of agriculture development. Industrial management of agriculture has been proven in practice; it is another innovation in agriculture under the conditions of market economy. It accelerates agricultural development, farmers' incomes. It is an important way in promoting the modernization of agriculture. The industrialization of agriculture development is a gradual process; we must unswervingly explore and practice. Since reform and opening up, China's agricultural production and management history of the development of summing up their experience, constantly improving and perfecting the industrial management of agriculture and rural economic development is of major historical significance.The full text is composed by four chapters. The first chapter introduces the meaning and nature of the household contract responsibility system, and introduces its development process, summarizes its historical merits and limitations. The second chapter introduces the industrial management of agriculture's meaning and the main organization types, reviews its developing process, and summarizes the results achieved by industrialized operation of agriculture. The third chapter analyses industrial production management's question, and according to these questions, proposed the corresponding countermeasure. The fourth chapter summarizes several experiences, from dialectical materialism point of view, the basic laws of social development perspective, and the party's agricultural policy perspective, in the exploring ways of farming.
