During the process of globalization, the competition among companys has become to quality and cost competitiveness of globalization. The quality of equipment impacts the quantity of their products and it's quality, so it decide the level of companys's science and technology. Along with equipment's scale and maintenance's costs increased years, many countries in the world put new demands that design of the equipment and maintenance's administration. It is important to reduce maintenance costs and improve maintenance efficiency, also it is necessary to improve the adaptability and competition of enterprises which research and development of the use of new equipment and maintenance management system.Introduced the problems of FMEA used in equipment's maintenance behind described briefly the research status of the equipment in this thesis. Because of the information that the traditional FMEA contained is too small, the assessment results (risk priority number) can not reflect the objective fact. Although the FMEA has improved, it is not able to enhance precision class of evaluation fundamentally.In view of the F-AHP (Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process) has been applied successfully in many areas, this thesis proposed the ideal of using F-AHP to analyze RPN and to enhances its appraisal accuracy, establish the appraisal model of company's FMEA, then design the F-AHP evaluation system of equipment FMEA's RPN. The DVI equipment's failure Mode is deeply analyzed, and the assessment results is recoded, which supplies directions to improve.Using many kinds of analysis methods, e.g., Brain Storming, Fish Bone Figure, etc. For the problems be found, bring forward some improving methods from some different sides to solving the problems, then evaluate F-AHP to analyze RPN again to elaborate the effect from improvement. Meanwhile, in order to solve the trouble that filled out manually in the traditional FMEA, and that is difficult to process data, design database for FMEA, user add data, delete, modify, and other operations when they need. It is recognized by enterprise standardization sector by degrees.The F-AHP evaluation system of FMEA's RPN has obtained good effect in equipment design and maintenance management of DVI manufacture machine, and it have achieved good results. This evaluation system has general applicability, and it ca n be applied widely in other enterprise's service management.
