21st century is a century of furious knowledge competition and market competition. How to win customer, keep the customer and their loyalty to the company, so as to remain competitive in the market is what all the vendors concern about. The effective way to win and keep customer is through customer relationship management. The level of customer relationship management has become an important index when evaluating a company's competitive power.The paper analyses the market change of today, pointing out the importance of customer to all the companies. The origin, development and implementation of customer relationship management is illustrated in the paper. By analyzing the core concept of customer relationship management, the paper explains the significance of establishing customer relationship management system to a company.On the basis of the current condition and existing problems of Noveon, and by using SWOT analysis, the paper analyses the enterprise's industry characteristics, market environment, competition status and current customer relationship management. With all these information together, the paper is conveying the idea that it is very necessary for Noveon to improve its customer relationship management . Considering the characteristic of Noveon, the detailed analysis on the implementation plan of customer relationship management in Noveon is made in the paper, including the implementation steps, the objective of implementation, how to establish the system in Noveon, how to manage customer resource, the strategy toward customer satisfaction, designing and managing the customer information management system, etc. The paper points out several basic aspects related with corporate culture, organization structure and business flow to ensure the success implementation of customer relationship management.After referring to a large amount of articles, considering the characteristics and problems of Noveon, the author is trying to make some breakthroughs in the strategy and method of customer management.
