Shanghai Ideal Information Group Company is the subsidiary of Shanghai Telecom Company, majored in System Integrated products.As the China IT market is getting more and more competitive, according with the Transformation of China Telecom, who will transfer from traditional carrier to the total information solution provider. Shanghai Ideal Information Group Company is facing the heavy task of marketing strategy's adjustment.In the analysis part, this thesis focuses on Requirement Analysis, Competitive Analysis and Synergy Analysis. The requirement analysis derives both from IT market and China Telecom Transformation. The Competitive Analysis includes IT market competitive and competitiveness in Shanghai Telecom. The Synergy Analysis covers Marketing Synergy, Technical Synergy and Organization Synergy.According the"4P"marketing strategy theory, combining the reality of Shanghai Ideal Information Group Company, who is responsible for the product decision and place decision, and is not responsible for the price factor and promotion factor. The marketing strategy adjustment focuses on the product and place strategy adjustment.In the end, this thesis gives out the organization adjustment strategy to ensure the feasibility of the marketing strategy adjustment.
