With the advance of globalization , human society has entered the information age. The global information-based process to continuously promote, in the context of digital, computer technology is also developing rapidly. Although the information technology infrastructure of servers and storage equipment needs are constantly increasing, due to technology innovations, the competition is increased, the profit is decreasing . The competition in the market is getting more and more intensively in such a great environment.The paper firstly introduce a brief picture of the current marketing status of the server and storage equipment of S company, then brings forward the problems, that is with the rapid change of competitors and the marketing environment. Further, we shall take a look at the competition between opponents and the rapid change of the market environment. We will also be able to see why the company's marketing strategy does not suite be not being able to adapt the current competitive environment by the detail information of S company and the circumstances, including the company's overall status, products, and industry status analysis of the companies in the entire industry. Along with the product advantages and disadvantages, such as competitive advantages and disadvantages will be very easy to identify.After the details it's domestic and foreign markets, and the overall situation, we will focus mainly in the analysis of the industry at home country and overseas, such that including the size of the market and the future development of space by detailed analysis of all major competitors, product features, strengths, weaknesses, and so on. Objective analysis of competitors is through the detailed information, finding their strengths and advantages, but also to find how the weaknesses can be offensive and how the current marketing strategy may amend it.Finally, according to the above analysis, I use some basic marketing concepts and analysis matrix, especially the game theory on the analysis of competitors and points out the improvements the S company shall carry out on its competitive edge and we can conclude the marketing strategy recommendations for S company .
