With the development of intra-industry trade, many economists focus on this item. But a lot of experts concentrated on the intra-industry trade in developing countries before, few of them involved in developed countries. From the studies of intra-industry in the three countries, we have seen Japan and South Korea are booming in the trade by importing and imitating the techniques from the western countries. This also may be a good way for China's development. So, the studies are very important in both theory and practice.There are many definitions and measurements of intra-industry trade. Based on the G-L method, the intra-industry trade is the balance between trade total amount and extra-industry trade or the import and export amount of one industry. The paper chooses China, Japan and South Korea which stand for three levels of country to analysis the development and status. In according to the differences, the paper points out there are five different aspects: industrial distribution, statues, labor distribution, and technical investment. Including a mount of datum, the paper adopts demonstration method to analysis the intra-industry trade. The datum include index, FDI, competitive power and so on. In order to analyze more particular to the intra-industry between China, Japan and South Korea, The SITC is divided into 3 digital .The paper focus on the researching on the type of the trade, intra-industry trade index and the price of top 20 commodities exported from China, Japan and South Korea. From the results above, we can see although the intra-industry in China has made a big progress, the lever is still low, especially the horizontal intra-industry trade.Finally, the paper dismisses suggestions of further development which point to the intra-industry of China.
