And for China the more and more important problem is that the management of investment and risk management of the corporation annuity.With the reseach achievement of other scholars,this article use the method of regular analyse and conclude deduce to reseach the corporation annuity investment and risk management.In this article,there are two parts to discuss and try to give the solution .The one part is about invest management,including the mode choice,the investment tools,the investment system,the property allocation and the invest- -achievement assess.And the other part is about risk management,including the risk distinguish process,the risk superintend process,the risk disperse process,the risk compensation process.Through the research,the article makes point that whatever the aspect of institution or the aspect of operation has shortcoming.And for the institution aspect ,the article suggest to build"Corporation annuity govern institution"and properly adjust the investment proportion restrict to make it more reasonable.For the operation aspect,this arrticle suggest to build"gradually affiance"mode of corporation annuity.For the invest tool aspect it give some new tools.And it suggest that make the invest system more open.Especially,for the corporation annuity's investment achievement assess system ,it suggest to build compartive standard.Even more a new method to assess achievement base on the principle of"Balance Scorce Board".These all provide new ideas and method of future chinese corporation annuity investment and risk management.
