A Study On Improvement Of Overall Budget Management System Of Shaanxi Electric Power Corporation

With the gradual carrying out reforms of electric power system in China,electric power enterprises face up to the great challenges.As an effective tool about the management control, overall budget management can help electric power enterprises to improve the level of management and the performance of management. Against this major background, electric power enterprises need to introduce overall budget management.At first, this paper detailedly explains various correlative theories of overall budget management, and it analyzes the current situation of overall budget management of Shaanxi electric power corporation. In the paper, the framework of overall budget management system of Shaanxi electric power corporation was rebulided and concretely designed. The paper finally discourses upon the plan for implementation of overall budget management system of Shaanxi electric power corporation, and it further put forward the system of evaluation of overall budget management. With this study, the author looks forward to offer the experience for other electric power enterprises about overall budget management.
