Demonstration On The Ecological Management Of Enterprises

With the fast growth of economy and population, resources shortage such as water, earth, energy and minerals is more and more apparent, and the situation of ecological construction and environmental protection is increasingly severe.Therefore, it is extremely urgent to adhere to the scientific concept of development, to develop circular economy and build a society oriented to resource conservation and environmentally friendly development, which forces enterprises acting as micro-economic entites to greatly promote ecological development. However, researches of relevant documents reveal that in terms of enterprise ecologicalization, importance is mostly attached to how the enterprise conduct clean production on its own, and neglect its symbiotic collaboration with those benefits-related bodies within the industrial park and the region.To the point above, the thesis, with the sinlge enterprise as the research object and based on ecological thinking, applies industrial ecology theory and circular economy theory to seek for the best mode to promote ecologilization within enterprises and in the enterpries melted into the park and region and. And referring to some cases, the thesis also analyzes the problems emerging during the process of enterprise ecologicalization and put forward their solutions so as to make sure the smooth progress of ecologicalization among different enterprises.First, the thesis analyzed principal achievements made in those researches about enterprise ecologicalization at home and abroad and demonstrated its connotation in detail. Meanwhile, on the basis of domestic and international conditions, it indicated the necessity of promoting enterprise ecologicalization in our country from the four aspects of resources constraint, environmental pollution, and weak competitiveness of enterprises and the new international trade protectionism which have brought about obstacles to enterprise development.Then the thesis went along the three clues of enterprises, the industrial park and the region, telling how to build the ecological mode within enterprises, and in the enterprises melted into the park and region and analyzing how to promote the ecologicalization of these kinds. As to the ecologicalization within enterprises, it pointed out the problems existing during the process of enterprise ecologicalization of the main industry and offered solutions respectively. As to the ecologicalization in the enterprises melted into the park and region, it also analyzed the problems existing in common and offered the solutions at the same time.
