Since China's reform and opening up, with the rapid economic development and continued growth in the income of residents, the personal financial assets have also formed a considerable scale. Under the development of China's financial market, the people's investment wish and the concept of financial management gradually enhance, and the needs of financial services are also increasingly diversified. For China Construction Bank, its "customer focussed" service concept is to understand customer's needs on financial products and service , and to raise satisfaction of different level demand on financial managements as much as possible .In this paper, the author uses the combination of standard research and empirical analysis, to study the actual situation of the medium and high customers in CCB Changsha, to analyze the data on Questionnaire , to research the high-end customers' basic situation, their demand preferences, risk preferences , fiscal and financial management conditions as well as their satisfactions on CCB's financial management products, to summarize the existing problems on CCB financial products and services, to propose the corresponding strategy. Through Contrastive analysis on the various banking services and products between domestic and foreign banks, in particular on the different needs of high-level c(?)stomers, the related financial management strategies on operation, technology and internal control have been variously put forward.According to the survey results, CCB should speed up the construction of Wealth Management Centre on the basis of differentiation, diversification of services model.CCB through its own development or cooperation with other agencies, for the development of medium and high customers greater choice Fan of the renminbi and foreign exchange investment products, strengthen personal financial products and services innovation. Including the implementation of differential pricing strategies, and pricing strategy, portfolio pricing strategies, and implement cost pricing strategies. At the same time the bank should strengthen financial management services and products of the brand-building and building to meet customer psychology, reflects its own unique competitive advantage of the financial brand, and constantly enhance customer relationship management. To explore new growth point in the implementation of the measures, there is bound to certain risks, build customer credit evaluation system for this innovative means to effectively circumvent the potential risks.
