Along with the changing of the focus of the banks business, the banks of our country want to improve the retail business. Among the retail business, the credit card is the most important. After the several years of the credit card's development, there is great change in credit card business. Whatever the total number of the credit card, the value of the trades, the service, the technology, the safety is, there is an obvious gap between our credit card business and the foreign country's. There is a strange phenomenon in our credit card business. Along with the increase of the total number of the credit card, the profit does not increase. But the cost of management of the credit card rises fast. The reason is that the service of the credit card does not be paid attention. So there is a conclusion in the credit card business. It is the more attention of the credit card's service, the more money will be earned.This article studies from the service of the credit card. My opinion is banks should make service innovation. The theory of the service innovation is first brought in the credit card business. There are theory of the service innovation, the origin and the development of the credit card, the importance of the credit card, the service innovation of the foreign country and our country, and the tactics of our country's service innovation.
