Management Experiment is a method of experiments that puts management phenomena or management problems under control or under specific conditions to be observed. In management experiments, experiment hypotheses based on some management phenomena or management problems are proposed firstly. Secondly, the hypotheses are tested by controlling the experiment condition, observing experimenters' behavior and analyzing the experiment result. It aims to test, compare and improve the management theory or provides the decision-making for managers.Based on the method of management experiments, the paper studies a new enterprise management problem how the internal factors of members influence team performance in Telework teams. In Telework teams, team members' working activities usually go beyond traditional offices and each team member works with others without face-to-face communication. Team members need to overcome the problems brought by working independently and outside the traditional offices. Therefore, how to build the internal factors of members will greatly affect team performance in Telework teams.Theoretical research and experimental analysis are included in the paper.In theoretical research, firstly, the method of management experiment is proposed, the Market Quiz Method is improved, and the steps of apply it in quantitative analysis of fuzzy factors are given. Secondly, define the concept of Telework team, and analyze its similarity and difference with traditional teams and virtual teams. Thirdly, to provide a theoretical basis for the distribution of benefits in experiment, a benefit allocation method based on asymmetric Nash Negotiation Model and the satisfaction of members in Telework teams is proposed. Finally, the author makes a quantitative analysis of management factors in Telework teams by the modified Market Quiz Method, and gives the method of calculating the three variables: internal factors positive degree, equal degree and negative degree.In experimental analysis, the Telework teams is studied by management experimental method, and some factors are brought in Telework teams' management experiment such as psychological factors, personality factors, the team factors, and ethical factors and so on. The conclusion of Telework teams' performance management has been drawn from experimental analysis. It shows that improving the positive degree of factors is needed in the internal team in order to improve Telework teams' performance. And the members suitable for Telework teams are selected according the comprehensive evaluation of three criteria: the questionnaire scores, test results and the size of symbols' degree.The concept of Telework team innovations is presenting first time in this thesis and Telework teams are studied originally by management experimental methods. The Market Quiz Method is also improved and its detail procedure is given to apply to quantitative analysis of fuzzy factors. A benefit allocation method based on both asymmetric Nash Negotiation Model and the satisfaction degree of members in Telework team is put forward as well.The research tries to provide a reference mode that can be applied to the management experiment of management research, management training and management practices.
