Nowadays, China is becoming the biggest polycarbonate market in the world. As one of the most famous supplier, Bayer wishes to share more of this piece of cake.By analyzing macro & industrial environment, Bayer resourse ability and competitive status, we find the market chance and challenge, know clearly about Bayer's advantage and disadvantage. Hence I make market stategy accordingly.To improve market developing ability so that Bayer can achieve stategic target, in this paper, I give proposal on following 3 aspects: reform sales organization, strengthen department cooperation and perfect marketing portfolio. Regarding marketing portfolio, I suggest improvement according to 4P/C theory. |
