Research On Olympic High-Tech Cluster Innovation Dynamic Mechanism Based On Ecology

At present, the competition in overall national strength taking advance of science and technological innovation as important aggravates day by day, the increasingly strong countries of scientific and technological strength has more opportunity to defeat opponent in international competition. Therefore, a lot of countries in the world are increasing input in the field of science and technology, introducing outside science and technology resource actively, reinforcing transnational scientific and technological cooperation. Fact had proved that cluster innovative behavior was effective form to promote technological innovation. Beijing Olympic Technology Cluster closely combines the latest scientific and technological development, integrates the whole national scientific and technological innovation fruit and a large number of home and broad high-tech enterprises and research institutions, aim to promote the industrialization of high-tech products and the rapid development of national innovation system and regional innovation system. In order to cultivate a vibrant technology cluster Olympics, it is necessary to research its innovative models, mechanisms and so on.This paper explored, from easy to difficult, dynamic mechanism of the Olympic high-tech innovation cluster based on ecological methods. First of all, this paper build Olympic high-tech innovation ecosystem model to analyze characteristics of the various innovative elements composed of the ecosystem and elaborate different innovative feathers at different stages of the life cycle;Secondly,this paper discussed The Olympic high-tech cluster located the ecological environment to satisfy to its innovation, as well as how its innovation main body executed effective ecological behavior and strategy to occupy superiority at different niche under different environment. Thirdly, this paper present the Olympic high-tech Cluster knowledge chain model, and from the perspective of knowledge management demonstrated Olympic high-tech Cluster continuous innovation key. The key is that knowledge constant flowing and sharing between knowledge chain nodes be composed of innovation units promote the creation of new knowledge. Finally, in order to effectively measure innovation effect of Olympic high-tech innovation cluster, the paper established index system to evaluate innovative effect of the high-tech cluster,and narrated the status of Olympic high-tech in regional innovation, proposed the suggestion on improving the innovative ability of Olympic high-tech cluster.
