The Research On The Constructing Of Innovation Ecosystem In Xiangtan High-tech Zone

Innovation is an eternal topic of progress in the times.The "National Innovation Driven Development Strategy Outline" promulgated by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council in 2016 puts forward a three-step strategic goal.The first step is to basically build a national innovation system with Chinese characteristics.To build a national innovation system,we must start with the construction of regional innovation system.Based on the above background,the construction of regional innovation ecosystem emerged as the times require.The author defines innovation ecosystem as a dynamic system that applies ecological concept to innovation behavior,promotes innovation internal factors to form innovation chain,and promotes innovation external interaction with economy and society,so as to form sustainable ecological development.Constructing innovation ecosystem has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting innovation development and building innovation system in China.Because the high-tech industrial development zone is the main area of a city focusing on innovation activities,the author takes Xiangtan National High-tech Zone as the research object.Taking the construction of innovative ecosystem as the main content,this paper explores the possibility and necessity of constructing innovative ecosystem in Xiangtan High-tech Zone by collecting and collating data,field investigation and summarizing daily work and business knowledge.The main idea of this paper is to define the innovation ecosystem on the basis of the background and theoretical research results of innovation and development at home and abroad.Combined with the current development situation of Xiangtan High-tech Zone and drawing lessons from the innovation and development characteristics of other countries' parks,the core of this paper is to enhance the ability of independent innovation,from strengthening organizational leadership,gathering innovative ecological elements,giving full play to innovative ecological functions and operation.Creating an innovative ecological environment and improving the innovative ecological environment are five major aspects of building an innovative ecosystem.While promoting the organic aggregation of the main innovative elements in Xiangtan High-tech Zone,it forms a benign interactive ecological development with the development of regional economy,which makes Xiangtan High-tech Zone both a gathering place of innovative elements and a livable and pleasant place to live.
